Noblesville Indiana Food

A Noblesville catering company, which is used to working from an unusual space, has taken up the cause - and thus found its way to the next level. A team of men and women has expanded the business by turning a 1985 motorised car into a kitchen on wheels.

Spencer bought the car from an online seller in Peru, Indiana, and worked to tear down the cast parts - and pour them into a new kitchen. He says he will leave it with brass railings and oak fittings, but the rest of the interior will be made from stainless steel refrigerators, refrigerators and tables.

The restaurant will continue to use the kitchen and serve corporate meals in Hamilton County and surrounding areas. Spencer said Urban Artisan will apply for a licence to run its own catering business and a licence to operate the restaurant's new location.

Dominoes began offering non-pizza options in 2006, with the addition of a pizza bar, then gradually became a full-service restaurant and then a craft beer and wine bar. In 2009, baking was added, and in 2010, a new series of artisanal pizzas was launched, which can be decorated with cool classics such as marinara. Once the redesign is complete and starts in the spring, Spencer plans to hire four new employees and add French crepes to Artisan's offering.

He estimates that the entire project, including the cost of the car and its conversion, will cost about $20,000. After years in the health sector, Spencer says, he decided to start a new business to support the organisation by paying rent for the kitchen and offering discounted food.
